Salads with quinoa in Mason Jars

Getting tired of the same old cheese sandwich? Why not give your lunch a twist with these tasty salads. Save them in Mason jars to make them not only look tasty, but pretty as well! And of course you can vary with the ingredients as much as you want!
INGREDIENTS:
Zucchini salad with hummus and quinoa
2 tablespoons hummus
3 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
2 tablespoons feta cheese
3 handfuls of zucchini spaghetti
50 grams of quinoa tricolore
Salad with apricots, sweet potato and quinoa
2 tablespoons hummus
1 handful of cut dried apricots
2 handfuls of carrot julienne
2 tablespoons of cut cucumber
3 tablespoons of cut bell pepper
50 grams of quinoa tricolore
PREPARATION:
1) Cook the quinoa according to the package description and cut the vegetables.
2) Now you can fill up your lunch jars. Start with the dressing (hummus or sweet potato spread).
3) Add a layer of quinoa. Keep layering the ingredients. Alternate the layers with quinoa.
4) Keep the salads fresh in the refrigerator. Now you’ll always have a delicious meal during your lunch!
