Hummus and quinoa

Hummus and quinoa are a true dreamteam! This bowl will be on the table in no time and is incredibly tasty ánd nutritious: a perfect dish to get rid of your leftover vegetables!
INGREDIENTS:
100 gram quinoa seeds
120 gram spiced tempeh
1 bell pepper
1 avocado
2 eggs
2 tablespoons hummus
2 handfuls of sprout vegetables
Coconut oil
PREPARATION:
1) Boil the eggs hard in 9 minutes.
2) Cook the quinoa according to the package description.
3) Heat up the coconut oil in a pan and fry the tempeh for 5 minutes. Let it cool down.
4) Dice the bell pepper and cut the avocado in thin slices.
5) Peel the eggs and cut in half.
6) Divide the quinoa, tempeh, bell pepper, eggs and avocado over 2 bowls.
7) Garnish your tempeh bowl with some sprout vegetables and hummus.
