LAZY SUSHI BOWL
This sushi bowl is very easy to prepare. There is a reason it’s called a lazy sushi bowl! In this bowl we swap sushi rice for Quinoa. Quinoa has high nutritional value and makes this bowl a very filling meal.
INGREDIENTS:
200 grams of uncooked Quinoa
250 grams of fresh salmon
3 tablespoon of rice vinegar
2 spring onions
1 avocado
1 cucumber
9 radishes
Soy sauce to taste
A full tbsp of sesame seeds
this recipe is for 4 people
PREPARATION:
1) Cook your Quinoa according to the instructions
2) Add 3 tablespoons of rice vinegar once it is cooked.
3) Meanwhile, you can slice the fresh salmon, avocado, cucumber, radishes, and spring onion.
4) Decorate 4 bowls with all the ingredients and garnish with sesame seeds and a few tablespoons of soy sauce to taste.
5) Enjoy your meal!
