1) Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
2) Cook the quinoa according to the package description. Drain the chickpeas.
3) Put the quinoa, chickpeas, oatmeal, garlic, chili pepper, oregano, rosemary, parsley, basil, feta and sun-dried tomatoes in the food processor.
4) Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and add the eggs. Stir well and season with salt and pepper.
5) Use your hands to roll 9 balls and put these on a baking paper covered baking tray. Flatten the balls to little burgers.
6) Put the burgers in the over for 20 minutes.
7) Take the burgers out of the oven and pour some olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the burgers for 1-2 minutes on both sides.
8) Put the burgers on the whole grain buns together with the cucumber, tomato, rocket salad and a sauce of your choice.
9) These burgers are great with sweet potato fries or a healthy salad. Want to save some of your burgers? They can go in the freezer just fine!
