stir fry with Quinoa
Who says that stir fry can only be prepared with noodles or rice? You can make a surprisingly delicious dish if you use Quinoa. Quinoa is a lovely addition to your stir fry.
INGREDIENTS:
100 grams of uncooked NatureCrops Quinoa
200 grams of seasoned tofu
1 zucchini
250 grams of bean sprouts
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
4 tablespoons of teriyaki wok sauce
this recipe is for 4 people
PREPARATION:
1) Cook your Quinoa according to the instructions on the pack
2) Finely chop the onion and garlic into small pieces.
3) Chop the zucchini into 2cm cubes.
4) Fry the tofu in a pan (we use seasoned tofu).
5) Heat up some oil and add the onions and garlic.
6) When the onions and the garlic start to soften, add the zucchini.
7) Now add the teriyaki wok sauce and fry the tofu with the bean sprouts and Quinoa.
8) Season with salt and pepper and your delicious healthy meal is finished!
9) Do you like it hot and spicy? Add a chili pepper along with the garlic!
