Festive quinoa bliss balls
Everything can be a little more shiny in December. These festive quinoa bliss balls won’t just surprise with their looks, but with their amazing taste as well!
INGREDIENTS:
100 gram quinoa flakes
50 gram white almonds
50 gram cashews
100 gram soaked dates
2 to 3 tablespoons raw cocoa powder
3 teaspoons gingerbread spices
Glitter spray
Edible glitters
NECCESITIES:
Food processor
The recipe is for 15 balls
PREPARATION:
1) Blend the quinoa flakes, the almonds and the cashews in the food processor.
2) Add the dates and mix until you have a thick paste.
3) Remove the paste from the food processor and form a ball. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
4) Remove the ball from the fridge and sprinkle cocoa powder and gingerbread spices on a flat surface.
5) Roll pieces of paste between your palms to form smaller bliss balls. Pass the balls through the cocoa and the gingerbread spices until they’re fully covered.
6) Decorate the bliss balls with glitter spray and edible glitters. Serve on a festive plate.
