Peanut butter smoothie bowl
Who doesn’t like smoothies? The peanut butter and cocoa give this smoothie a little hint of chocolate mousse. A great way to start your day, but also a great post-workout drink, a dessert or a snack… Actually, this smoothie’s always good.
INGREDIENTS:
1 frozen banana
2 handfuls frozen mango
100 milliliter almond milk
2 tablespoons raw cocoa
6 tablespoons peanut butter
Topping ingredients :
6t tablespoons quinoa puffs
4 dark chocolate pieces
1 banana
Frozen fruit of your choice

this recipe is for 2 bowls
PREPARATION:
1) Put the frozen banana, the frozen mango, the almond milk, the raw cocoa and the peanut butter in a blender.
2) Mix until smooth and pour into a bowl.
3) Cut up the banana and the chocolate and spread te pieces over the smoothie bowl.
4) Finish the bowl with quinoa puffs and your favourite frozen fruit.
